We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. We also accept PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. We cannot accept UK Switch cards at this time.
We do not collect credit card numbers on our site. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be taken to a secure server where you will enter your credit card information and we will manually process your credit card transaction. The transaction will show as "sales@cedarcreektradingpost.com" with our telephone number on your credit card statement.
We only ship to the billing address of the credit card and we verify all addresses to protect against possible fraud and to also protect our customers from stolen cards and/or accounts. For fastest service, please make sure you use the correct address when you order.

We must receive your payment within 15 days or your order will be canceled unless other arrangements are made. We do not recommend sending cash through the mail and assume no responsibility for lost or stolen payments. If mailing your payment, we recommend sending it with Delivery Confirmation or other trackable method. Your order will ship after your payment clears (usually 7-10 days).
All U.S. packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International packages weighing 4 lbs or less are shipped via First Class Mail International. Packages weighing more than 4 lbs are shipped via Priority Mail International. We make every effort to ship our items quickly, however, please keep in mind that our garments are custom-printed as they are purchased. Generally we ship our printed apparel within 4-7 days after purchase is made, but during times when we are busier than usual (especially around holidays), shipping time may be a little longer. If you need your item by a certain date, please include a note at checkout or email us before you puchase to check our current printing schedule. We will make every effort to get the item to you by the date you need it.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange unless it has been personalized. Personalized items can be returned for a replacement only if they are damaged.
If you need to return an item, please email us for an exchange/refund ticket number with a brief explanation of why you wish to return it. No items will be accepted without a ticket number. Exchanges for a different size, color or style will incur shipping charges for the item to be reshipped to you. Refunds will be issued for the the price of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping charges. If your item has a manufacturing defect or if we sent you the wrong item, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you and will reimburse you for the shipping charges to return it.
All items returned for a refund or exchange must be unworn and in their original new condition.
We do not share our customer information with any other company nor do we sell our mailing list. Customers will only receive email from Cedar Creek Trading Post.
